The Finals Day of the British Nationals saw the England U19 team seeded as second in the Championship stakes. With concrete results behind them after the qualifying day, the team found themselves playing The South in the Championships semi-final. After a cat and mouse game of lacrosse, the U19's finally found their pedigree and disposed of their opponents with confidence with a roaring display of lacrosse in the second half...to find themselves challenging for the trophy against Cheshire in the Final.
After a matching their opponents goal for goal initially, Cheshire's experience finally counted as they strode firmly towards Championship victory. The Under 19's demonstrated a confident display of lacrosse, but Cheshire's strength and experience finally put paid to the Under19's challenge for glory.
